This is a dietary supplement in the form of a soft gel that is also rapid release. I purchased the one that contains 200mg of what is known as Coenzyme Q-10, aka CoQ10. It’s an enzyme found in the body that plays a key role in energy production and its naturally occurring. CoQ10 also works as an antioxidant, that help protect cells from damage caused by free radicals. While this is commonly taken as a supplement to support heart health and energy production, I feel that after taking this supplement for more than 6 months, I’ve felt better physically being that I’m a father of 4! Yes four! It’s helped me regulate a range of issues which come with being a 45 year old dad. While I haven’t tried other brands just yet, I feel this is the one for me!
